Job Overview:

The Valet Operator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe handling and parking of vehicles. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a strong commitment to vehicle care and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their valet parking needs.
• Provide clear information on valet parking fees, policies, and procedures.
• Safely drive and park customers' vehicles in designated locations.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured, and locked before leaving them unattended.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicles when needed.
• Promptly return vehicle keys and remotes upon handover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to ensure safety.
• Keep the entrance areas clear to facilitate smooth arrivals and departures.
• Immediately report any vehicle maintenance or damage issues to the Facility Coordinator.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must hold a valid Lebanese driver's license with no penalties.
• Ability to operate all types of vehicles (manual and automatic transmission).
• Proficiency in Arabic (verbal & written).
• Strong customer service skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail when handling vehicles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
