Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MarTech Engineer to join our team and manage the integration, setup, and optimization of various marketing technology platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and tech teams to ensure that we are leveraging the best tools and systems to optimize our marketing processes, from lead generation to analytics reporting.
You will be responsible for managing the integration of forms, tracking tools, marketing automation systems, and CRM platforms, as well as troubleshooting technical issues across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems are running smoothly, with a particular focus on data integrity, automation, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Form Integrations
Google Forms & Google Sheets Integration: Set up and maintain seamless integration between forms (Google Forms) and Google Sheets for efficient data tracking and reporting.
Integration: Manage the integration of website forms with Google Sheets, including handling UTM parameters and form submissions.
Form & reCAPTCHA Integration: Ensure forms are properly integrated with Google reCAPTCHA to protect against bot submissions.
AFI & Brevo Integrations: Set up and maintain integrations with AFI and email marketing tools e.g: Brevo for tracking form submissions and automating workflows.
UTM Parameters Setup: Implement the ability to carry UTM parameters across various platforms, such as Typeform, to maintain consistent tracking of campaign data.
2. Tracking & Analytics
Google Search Console (GSC) Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the robots.txt file and indexing within Google Search Console.
Google Analytics & Tag Management: Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads integrations for comprehensive reporting and tracking.
UTM Tracking in Forms: Troubleshoot and resolve UTM tracking issues in forms to ensure accurate data capture.
Goal & Conversion Tracking: Define and implement goals and conversion tracking across Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure campaign success.
3. Reporting & Dashboards
Looker Reports: Set up and manage reports in Looker related to data for campaign and workflow analysis.
Dashboards: Create and maintain custom dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
4. Marketing Automation
Meta & LinkedIn Setup: Manage Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn integrations, including business verification and ad tracking.
WhatsApp & SMS Integration: Set up integrations for customer engagement through WhatsApp or SMS.
Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across platforms (e.g., Brevo, Typeform, Webflow...).
5. Technical Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing technical support for advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads), analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and marketing automation systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ads tracking, form submissions, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
6. Miscellaneous & Strategic Tasks
Tech Research & Updates: Stay up to date with new marketing technology trends and recommend optimizations or new tools (e.g., new integrations with CRM platforms like Meta).
Plugin Research/Scoping: Research, test, and evaluate MarTech tools and plugins for better campaign management and performance.
Business Accounts Setup: Set up and manage merchant accounts and business profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, etc.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience with marketing technologies (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Brevo).
Proven experience with integrations, automation workflows, and data tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing marketing processes.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively with both marketing and technical teams.
