 The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in architecting and developing our MVP. You'll leverage your extensive experience to make key technical decisions while implementing production-quality code that prioritizes scalability and security.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement core platform architecture for our SaaS MVP
• Build scalable and secure backend services using modern programming languages
• Develop robust data pipelines and architecture to support our platform needs
• Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following industry best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements and technical specifications
• Guide technical implementation decisions with a focus on scalability and security

 Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building and deploying scalable SaaS platforms on AWS or similar cloud providers
• Proficiency in Python and other modern programming languages
• Experience with data architecture and pipeline development
• Proven track record implementing production systems with a focus on security and scalability
• Experience with test-driven development and setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and how to leverage them for development efficiency
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code review, documentation, and technical debt management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks
• Background in data engineering or machine learning engineering
• Experience working in an agile environment
