Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative woman to join our team as an Operations & Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to support both the behind-the-scenes operations and the brand’s public presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management & Data Entry
   • Upload and update product listings on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos.
   • Monitor inventory levels on the website and provide a weekly stock report.
   • Assist in maintaining website aesthetics and structure.
2. Delivery & Logistics Coordination
   • Liaise with our delivery partners to track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely customer deliveries.
   • Communicate stock levels and restocking needs with the relevant internal and external parties.
3. Event Support
   • Assist with planning, logistics, and organization of pop-ups, exhibitions, and promotional events.
   • Be present during events to manage setup, customer interactions, and on-the-ground operations as needed.
4. Social Media Content Creation & Management
   • Create engaging and visually appealing content (photos, reels, stories) aligned with the brand identity.
   • Post on Instagram & TikTok.
   • Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and DMs.
   • Collaborate with the founder on campaign ideas and influencer outreach.
   • Must be comfortable using her face or voice in content such as reels and stories when needed.
5. Photoshoot Support
   • Assist in professional photoshoots by helping with setup, styling, coordination, and behind-the-scenes content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with social media trends and tools (e.g., Canva, capcut, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Familiarity with Excel
• Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in social media content
• A passion for jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle branding is a strong bonus!

Additional Details:

• This position is only open to female candidates.
• The role is mainly remote unless needed for occasional in-person meetings, events, or training.
• The candidate must use her own laptop and phone for work.
