Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Core Technical Skills

• Figma: components, nested variants, auto-layout, variables/tokens, interactive prototypes.
• Brand Design: logo architecture, mark/wordmark lockups, favicon & social avatars, mini style guide.
• UI Design: modern SaaS layouts, grid systems, spacing/radius scales, hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG AA).
• Visual Language: color theory (neon accents on dark BG), typography pairing, iconography, depth/light effects.
• Interaction & Motion: basic After Effects/Lottie or Figma Smart Animate for hover/transition specs.
• Asset Prep: SVG optimization, PNG/WebP export rules, sprite sheets, favicon bundles.
• Design Tokens: translating color/spacing/typography into JSON or CSS variables for dev teams.
• Web3 Patterns: wallet connect flows, transaction states, swap modules, chart embeds.

Soft Skills & Workstyle

• Ownership mindset – you drive the visual direction and guard consistency.
• Rapid iteration – comfortable with async Loom/Slack feedback loops.
• Clear documentation – you label layers, annotate flows, and write one-page “how to use” guides.
• Problem-solving – translate vague product ideas into concrete, dev-ready screens.
• Taste for minimal and futuristic aesthetics – think Apple polish with a crypto edge.

Deliverables You’ll Be Responsible For

• Brand kit (logo, palette, typography, usage rules).
• Component library (buttons, inputs, cards, nav, states).
• Key screens (landing, dashboard, chat, settings, error).
• Responsive & motion spec (mobile/tablet + hover/transition guidelines).
• Developer hand-off package (annotated Figma, exported assets, token sheet).
