Main Responsibilities of a Kashida Designer A Kashida Designer is expected to master and deliver the following tasks throughout their employment8

 Imagination and Visualization: Demonstrate creativity and the ability to visualize concepts effectively when interpreting briefs or client notes and ideas]

 Style Guide Development: Create iterations of style guides for projects like e-learning courses. These should reflect the main tone of voice (TOV) and provide consistent styling across various assets and deliverables]

 UX/UI Practices: Possess knowledge of common UX/UI practices, develop UX flows and low-fidelity wireframes, and ensure no steps are missing in the overall UX design]  Illustration Skills: Use illustration to bring projects to life as required by the brief]

 Familiarization with Authoring Tools: Gain expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Elucidat, as well as understanding the customizability of LMS platforms like Moodle and OpenEdx]

 Collaboration with LXD: Work closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team to conceptualize and actualize ideas]

 Collaboration with DEV: Collaborate with the Development (DEV) team to ensure designs are compatible with the constraints of the platform or authoring tools]

 Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of designs by the DEV team, ensuring adherence to high standards. Consolidate feedback into a QA document and verify corrections.
