How You Operate
You will work diligently to achieve team-based sales metrics. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying and outlining companies that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Through targeted cold calling and outreach, you will pitch our services, trigger interest, and qualify prospects to enroll them in the sales process and close the deal.
You are required to have an open mind and willingness to learn and understand our services, products, markets, buyer personas, and processes, etc, quickly.
What You Own
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals, consistently hitting monthly targets for discovery meetings and conversions.
Leverage data tools effectively to research and access prospect contact information, initiate meaningful engagement, spark interest, and schedule discovery meetings.

Identify and cater to prospect/lead needs and requirements with the help of the right team members.
Create, manage, and follow up on opportunities and tasks on CRM while keeping it updated.
Create, structure, and update reports based on given metrics.
Generate business through proactive outreach to qualified prospects via phone calls, LinkedIn, and targeted email sequences.
Devise strategies for driving demo conversion growth.
Your Needed Ammo
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
2+ years of experience.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative, preferably in a Marketing Agency, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and education industry expertise.
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
English level, professional or fluent / Arabic level fluent.
Ability to do calls in an open space.
Experience with GCC companies is a plus.
Expertise in implementing sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, etc).
Experience in B2B Sales/ Enterprise Sales is a plus.
Experience in using CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus.
