Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Training of Trainers (ToT) Facilitation

1. Background
Forward MENA is launching an eight‑month programme to equip adolescent girls with digital‑literacy and robotics skills. We require external trainers to deliver four Training‑of‑Trainers (ToT) workshops for women trainers, who will subsequently teach the curriculum.
2. Scope of Work
The selected Trainer(s) will:

• Design and deliver 4 ToT workshops, each lasting 3–4 days (12–16 training days in total).
• Cover core training‑skills methodology, adult learning principles, and child‑centred pedagogical approaches.
• Adapt content to align with Forward MENA’s digital‑literacy curriculum.
• Facilitate sessions on‑site in Beirut, Saida, and Baalbeck between the second week of June and mid‑July 2025.
• Assess participants training skills
• Collect and analyze participants feedback, submitting a brief report after each ToT.

3. Deliverables

• Detailed workshop agenda (submitted at least three working days before each ToT).
• PowerPoint presentations and supporting training materials.
• Post‑training feedback report for each ToT, including attendance, participant evaluations, and trainer observations.

4. Trainer Profile & Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience delivering Training‑of‑Trainers or comparable capacity‑building programmes.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning methodologies and training‑skills facilitation.
• Experience designing and delivering programmes for children or adolescents.
• Excellent facilitation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel to Beirut, Saida, and Baalbeck on the specified dates.

5. Quotation Submission Requirements

• Brief technical proposal outlining approach and methodology.
• CV(s) of lead trainer(s) highlighting relevant ToT experience.
• Itemised financial quotation in USD—daily rate (inclusive of travel)
