Ecomz is seeking a  UI/UX Designer who will be working with a team of merchant success professionals and graphic designers to enhance its advanced e-commerce management platform.

About the Vacancy

As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and implement new designs
• Participate in UI/UX meetings, and provide your expertise and initial mockup sketches
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing 
• Conduct an ongoing user research
• Contribute to a style guide that dictates the colors, fonts, and design patterns that are used in our web app
• Adopt design standards, brand guidelines and latest trends

Requirements 

• (1-3) years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Digital Media & Arts program
• Knowledge of Adobe's range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail orientation and critical thinking
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Creativity and proactivity
