Job Overview

We are looking for a business development manager who will be contributing to sales boosts, customer satisfaction and retention, and to the growth of the platform!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the management
• Conducting demos of our products and services multiple times per day to prospects and following up according to a sales framework to complete the sale and hand the project over to the execution team
• Presenting sales, revenue reports, and forecasts to the management team
• Speaking at events and happenings where the brand is showcased
• Developing a deep understanding of our services, products, markets, and our buyer personas
• Contributing in designing and implementing strategic plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Having a clear, well-structured compliance with company's sales processes and CRM data needs
• Researching and understanding the competitive landscape

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven business development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relative field of study or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in selling client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Arabic)
• Commitment to developing new skills through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Deep digital understanding
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Ecommerce or SaaS experience is a must
• GCC experience is a plus
