Expired Ecommerce Specialist
Job Description
- Manages Rifai’s corporate website & online store, with the support of the online coordinator
- Oversees the tasks & day-to-day orders of the online coordinator
- Work closely with the web agency to optimize Rifai’s online platforms
- Coordinates & Liaises with the social media agency
- Create new automated customer replies & emails for social media & for the online purchases.
- Make sure all customers inquiries are properly answered and treated on social media.
- Reports creation for customer profiling analysis.
- Reports creation for the sales.
- Boost the overall CRM experience whether in stores or online (Social Media & Website)
- SEO & SEA
- Initiates online upselling customer strategies.
- Improve the e-commerce customer experience by coordinating closely with the web agency (SEOs, Exclusive online promotions/campaigns...)
- Lead on google analytics.
- Manages with the assistance of online coordinator, all the online platforms in which Rifai sells (Toters, Nok Nok etc.)
- Create a loyalty program & assist in the launch of CRM.
- Come up with creative ideas in coordinate with the marketing dpt for social media campaigns, activations etc.
