Role purpose:
Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible to ensure that products and services are meeting the established standards set by the department and company. As well as, maintain strong overall quality control of products/ mobile app made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. He/ she is accountable for the development and implementation of inspection activities, detection and resolution of problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Document quality assurance activities and all testing process and results with internal reporting and audits (Scenario, test cases, etc.)
- Create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Analyze and investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure product bug free
- Develop companies testing flows to ensure that the flow is kept up-to-date
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Work with the development, marketing, HR, customer experience, accounting team to improve existing products and solve app bugs
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases before any release
- Manual test of android and iOS mobile application
